The road trip continues and on my way back north from Clunes Booktown Festival 2024 I'll be pausing in Canberra once again and running two workshops at Libraries ACT at their Belconnen branch in Chandler Street. The Friday session will cater specifically to a teenaged audience, but on Saturday there will be this one for adult writers. The workshop is free, but bookings are essential. This author panel is promising to be fantastic. Two debut authors, Steph Vizard (author of The Love Contract) and Lillian Lumley (author of The Ones in Between) and one feted prize winner, Carrie Tiffany (author of Everyman's Rules for Scientific Living, Mateship with Birds and Exploded View). Orange is a beautiful town and the staff at Orange Library are just TOPS. Looking forward to going there again next month for a great workshop they've invited me to design and present focussing on writing exercises. Prepare to be inspired!
